Job summary

A leading law firm in Bristol is seeking an Associate Solicitor to join its Tier 1 ranked property litigation team. You will handle high value disputes and work with various organizations across England and Wales. The role offers a supportive environment with a focus on quality work-life balance and flexible working arrangements. Ideal candidates are SRA registered solicitors with commercial litigation experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in high quality commercial litigation (High Court or arbitration bodies).
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage a varied and complex caseload.
• Self motivated and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Advise on complex and high value disputes across England & Wales.
• Guide clients through mediations, arbitrations and contested litigation.
• Advise on risk and asset management at pre action stage.

Associate Solicitor - Property Litigation - Bristol

An opportunity has arisen for an Associate Solicitor to join a Tier 1 ranked property litigation team, advising on complex and high value disputes across England & Wales. You'll work with national and international organisations on matters that shape the property sector, gaining exposure to both commercial and residential disputes.

The team is recognised for its pragmatic, outcome focused approach and for delivering innovative solutions through collaboration with specialists across real estate and litigation. You'll advise on risk and asset management at pre action stage, as well as guiding clients through mediations, arbitrations and contested litigation. The breadth of work ensures variety, challenge and the chance to develop a broad skillset.
