An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Associate or Senior Associate to join a highly regarded national law firm from its modern central Bristol office. Working closely with a leading Real Estate Partner, you will advise developers, investors, occupiers and public sector clients on a broad range of commercial property transactions. The role has a particular focus on industrial and logistics development and investment work, alongside wider commercial development, landlord and tenant matters and asset management projects.

This is a hands-on opportunity offering excellent client exposure, responsibility from the outset and involvement in complex, high-value transactions.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with approximately 2-5 years' PQE in Commercial Real Estate
• Strong technical grounding gained within a respected real estate practice
• Experience handling acquisitions, disposals, development and landlord & tenant matters
• Interest in industrial and logistics development and investment work
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Keen to contribute to the continued growth of a successful Bristol practice
