Overview

Real Estate Associate - Bristol

A top 50 law firm is on the lookout for a Real Estate Associate to join its specialist real estate team, delivering high-profile commercial property work in the telecoms sector. This is a brilliant opportunity to get stuck into complex, fast-paced matters with a team that's tight-knit, well-organised, and genuinely collaborative. While your core focus will be telecoms, there's scope to broaden your experience across other areas of the wider Real Estate practice. The role is Bristol-based, with occasional travel to other offices on occasion and client sites expected longer term.

Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on support across a range of matters, including drafting leases, licences, surrenders, and deeds of variation; preparing and reviewing title reports; negotiating and completing documentation; and supervising paralegals.
What you'll bring
  • Solid experience across a broad spectrum of real estate matters and be comfortable managing your own busy caseload. You are technically sharp, commercially aware, and able to communicate complex legal issues in a clear, confident way.
