• Strong academic background with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information clearly.
• High level of attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior internship experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or related fields is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed financial models, including valuation, M&A, and leveraged finance analyses.
• Support the execution of M&A, capital raising, and other strategic advisory transactions.
• Conduct company due diligence and assist in preparing transaction materials.
• Perform in-depth research on Real Estate, Gaming, and Lodging sectors to support pitches and live transactions.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics across relevant subsectors.
• Assist in preparing client presentations and transaction updates.
• Work closely with colleagues across product teams, legal, compliance, and other internal groups.
