Zusammenfassung

Apex Group is seeking an Assistant Manager in Jersey to lead client relationships within the Real Assets team. You will provide administrative support and oversee relationship management for a client portfolio, reporting to a Manager.

You will work with a team to ensure quality service, meet SLAs, and guide junior staff while handling transaction management, due diligence, and onboarding procedures.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• Understanding of Jersey statutory laws and other related regulatory requirements (e.g. AML).
• Motivated, driven and proactive attitude.
• Professional CGI qualification or studying towards CGI.
• Prior experience in the finance industry.
• Ability to mentor, develop and train junior staff.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and develop client relationships; act as key client contact.
• Engage with third parties, client advisors and intermediaries.
• Support the administration team and ensure service levels.
• Monitor SLAs and CSPs; ensure deadlines are met.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects as needed by the business.
• Manage client responsibilities and regulatory deadlines.
• Lead and develop junior team in transaction management (acquisitions/disposals, refinancing).
• Assist with due diligence and onboarding procedures.
• Monitor WIP and billing in line with fee agreements.
• Review outputs from the junior team for quality and accuracy.
