Apex Group in Jersey, Channel Islands, is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Real Assets Team. You will report to a Manager and provide administrative support and relationship management to a client portfolio, working closely to deliver high-quality services and meet deadlines.

You will lead and develop junior staff in transaction management, coordinate with third parties, and ensure adherence to SLAs and CSPs while contributing to continuous process improvement in a dynamic, global firm.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organisation skills required.
• Knowledge of Jersey statutory laws and AML regulations desirable.
• CGI qualification or currently studying towards CGI.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and develop client relationships as the key client contact.
• Engage with third parties, client advisors and intermediaries.
• Lead and develop junior team for transaction management (property acquisitions/disposals, refinancing).
• Monitor SLAs and CSPs; ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist with due diligence and onboarding procedures; review work for quality.
• Support risk management and escalate issues per Apex policies.
