Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in Jersey corporate administration and client services.
• Strong knowledge of Jersey company law and governance requirements.
• Experience overseeing onboarding, KYC, AML/CFT, and regulatory processes.

• Lead and oversee the administration function for Real Assets client relationships.
• Manage day-to-day client matters with directors, advisers, and intermediaries.
• Oversee Jersey-based structures, including companies, SPVs, and real estate entities.
