Job summary

Apex Group is seeking an Assistant Manager in Jersey to join the Private Equity Team. You will provide administrative support and manage relationships for a client portfolio, working with a Manager to ensure high-quality service delivery.

The role requires strong communication, regulatory awareness, and experience in finance. Hybrid working is offered, with opportunities for growth within a global business.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• Understanding of Jersey statutory laws and related regulatory requirements (e.g. AML).
• Motivated and driven with professional growth mindset.
• Prior finance industry experience.
• Ability to mentor and train junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop client relationships with portfolio clients and third parties.
• Support with onboarding and due diligence processes.
• Monitor SLAs and CSPs; ensure timely delivery of services.
• Review junior team work and ensure quality deliverables.
• Assist with billing, WIP, and overall risk management.
