Job summary

Apex Group is seeking a Senior Manager - Real Assets based in Jersey to lead administration across Jersey structures and client relationships. This role drives governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management while guiding a talented team to deliver superior service to a key strategic client.

You will oversee onboarding, KYC/AML processes, and ongoing monitoring, coordinating with auditors, banks, and advisers to uphold governance standards and timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification in financial services or equivalent.
• Experience forming and administering Jersey companies and structures.
• Leadership experience in client service or administration groups.
• Strong knowledge of Jersey company law and governance requirements.
• Experience onboarding, KYC, AML/CFT and sanctions screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the administration of Jersey-based structures (companies, SPVs, investment vehicles, real estate entities).
• Build and maintain relationships with a strategic Real Assets client and key stakeholders.
• Oversee governance activities: board meetings, resolutions, statutory records and regulatory filings.
• Mentor and develop team members; manage performance and workload.
• Ensure timely, accurate client deliverables meeting service standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning.
• Review complex administrative matters and act as escalation point for risk/compliance issues.
• Oversee client onboarding, KYC, AML/CFT compliance.
• Maintain relationships with auditors, banks, regulators and third-party providers.
• Identify process improvements to enhance service delivery and client growth.
