Job summary

WH Scott Group in the UK is seeking skilled Multi-Skilled Crane Engineers to join our team in North Wales and North East areas. You will attend breakdowns, service, test and commission overhead gantry cranes and lifting equipment.

The role requires experience with preventative maintenance, electrical/mechanical systems, and a valid driving license with 25% travel. We offer a competitive salary from £35,000 to £46,000 plus pension, life insurance, and company van.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in preventative maintenance and repairs on cranes/industrial equipment, including fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.
  • Electrical engineering expertise with a solid understanding of three-phase control systems.
  • Mechanical experience with medium to large motors, electro-mechanical brakes, and reduction gearboxes.
  • Familiarity with PLCs and inverter control systems (desirable but not essential).
  • A valid driving license and a willingness to travel (25% travel required).

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Multi-Skilled / Maintenance / Installation Crane Engineers to join our dynamic team, working the in North Wales and North East area.

About the Role

As a Multi-Skilled Crane Engineer, you will:

  • Attend breakdowns, perform servicing, testing, and commissioning of overhead gantry cranes and associated lifting equipment.
