Job summary

Dimensions is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Outreach Services across Portslade, Worthing, Littlehampton Yapton. The role focuses on empowering adults with learning disabilities to live independently in their communities, with varied community settings and activities.

You will provide personalised support, including help with appointments, social activities, and daily living, while maintaining records and contributing to care planning.

Qualifications

• Must have Full UK/EU Driving Licence and own car.
• Experience supporting adults in community or similar settings is preferred.
• Willing to work flexible shifts including mornings and afternoons.

Support Worker - Outreach Services - South Coast - West Sussex Portslade,Worthing, Littlehampton Yapton

20 hours per week

FULL UK/EU Driving Licence and Own car and business insurance is essential as you will taking people we support to activities and health appointments and support in the community. (55p per mile mileage allowance)

Approximate Shift Patterns: 10am - 1pm, 2pm - 6pm or 10am - 4.30pm

About the Role

We are expanding our

Outreach provisions across Portslade,Worthing, Littlehampton Yapton, supporting more individuals to live independently within their communities.

This is a role where

no two days are the same – and every day matters. As a Support Worker, you'll provide personalised, flexible support that empowers adults with learning disabilities to live confidently, safely, and independently.

You'll work across multiple community settings, helping people access appointments, social activities, and essential services that promote wellbeing and independence.
