Job summary

Dimensions is expanding Outreach services across Portslade, Worthing, Littlehampton and Yapton in West Sussex. We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker for 20 hours per week to help adults with learning disabilities live more independently in the community.

You will provide one-to-one support, personal care, accompany to appointments and activities, and help maintain records. A full UK/EU driving licence with own car and business insurance is essential, with a 55p per mile allowance.

Qualifications

• Must have full UK/EU driving licence and own car with business insurance.
• Experience in community outreach or support roles is desirable.

About the Role

We are expanding our Outreach provisions across Portslade,Worthing, Littlehampton Yapton, supporting more individuals to live independently within their communities.

This is a role where no two days are the same — and every day matters. As a Support Worker, you’ll provide personalised, flexible support that empowers adults with learning disabilities to live confidently, safely, and independently.

You’ll work across multiple community settings, helping people access appointments, social activities, and essential services that promote wellbeing and independence.
