Job summary

Dimensions is seeking a Support Worker for Outreach Services on the South Coast (Portslade, Worthing, Littlehampton Yapton). This 20-hour-per-week role involves taking people to activities, appointments and community activities, providing personalised, flexible support to adults with learning disabilities to live independently.

Support Worker - Outreach Services - South Coast - West Sussex Portslade,Worthing, Littlehampton Yapton

20 hours per week

FULL UK/EU Driving Licence and Own car and business insurance is essential as you will taking people we support to activities and health appointments and support in the community. (55p per mile mileage allowance)

Approximate Shift Patterns: 10am - 1pm, 2pm - 6pm or 10am - 4.30pm, We are expanding our

Outreach provisions across Portslade,Worthing, Littlehampton Yapton, supporting more individuals to live independently within their communities.

This is a role where
