Dimensions in Trowbridge (BA14) is hiring a dedicated Support Worker to assist adults with PMLD and complex health needs. You will work closely with families and the care team to deliver compassionate, person-centred support across day shifts and sleep-ins.

Training is provided; drivers with a UK licence are preferred. The role includes varied shifts, with opportunities to participate in hydrotherapy activities and community outings.

About the role

We\'re looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in Trowbridge (BA14), supporting four adults aged 30s-50s with Profound or Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD), epilepsy and complex health needs.

The people we support enjoy:

• Hydrotherapy and swimming
• Music, sensory experiences and interactive activities
• Day trips and visiting places they enjoy
• Video games and relaxation time
• Exploring new opportunities and experiences
• Holidays and making lasting memories

Support includes:

• Supporting people with their personal care
• Mobility support
• Administering medication
• PEG feeding
• Meal preparation
• Supporting people to take part in the things they enjoy

Full training will be provided for all specialist health and support needs.

Family involvement is important, and you\'ll work closely with relatives and colleagues to provide consistent, high-quality support.

Shifts:

• 7:00am - 4:00pm
• 4:00pm - 10:00pm
• Sleep-ins: 10:00pm - 7:00am (£50 paid to sleep)
• Long day + sleep-in: 9:00am - 9:00am (following day)

Rotas are provided in advance to support a healthy work-life balance.

• Willing to learn specialist skills and healthcare support techniques
• Someone who enjoys supporting people to take part in the things that matter to them

Experience is helpful but not essential — we\'ll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
