Job summary

Orwell Housing Association in Woodbridge is seeking a Team Leader to guide and support our care team, delivering safe, person-centred services that enable people to live independently with dignity.

You will lead Care Assistants, coordinate rotas, support recruitment, maintain care plans and drive safeguarding and quality audits, working closely with the Registered Manager to meet CQC standards and service requirements.

Qualifications

  • Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Experience in health and social care, homecare, supported living or extra care.
  • Experience coordinating staff, rotas, schedules or care delivery.
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding and person-centred care.
  • Knowledge of CQC standards.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Confidence using digital systems and electronic care records.
  • Ability to work flexibly across 5 days out of 7.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities
