Orwell Housing Association in Woodbridge is seeking a Team Leader to guide and support our care team, delivering safe, person-centred services that enable people to live independently with dignity.
You will lead Care Assistants, coordinate rotas, support recruitment, maintain care plans and drive safeguarding and quality audits, working closely with the Registered Manager to meet CQC standards and service requirements.
