Orwell Housing Association is recruiting a Team Leader for Levington Court in Lowestoft to oversee day-to-day operations and deliver person‑centred care within our Extra Care service.
You will work closely with the Registered Manager to lead a dedicated care team, support delivery of high‑quality welfare and safety, and continually develop services to meet residents’ needs. This role requires people leadership and a proactive, compassionate approach.
Salary: £29,643.52 per year
Hours: 38 hours per week
Shifts: Monday - Friday 9:00am -17:00pm

As an Orwell Team Leader, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding care within our Extra Care service. Highly motivated and enthusiastic, you will work closely with the Registered Manager to support the smooth day-to-day running of the service. Leading by example, you will inspire, advise and motivate a dedicated care team to ensure our customers receive the highest standard of person-centred care, support and respect.

Levington Court is located in the coastal town of Lowestoft. The service is close to a range of local amenities, including shops, cafés, GP surgeries and other essential services.
Levington Court benefits from good local transport links, with bus services operating within easy reach of the scheme, offering convenient access to the town centre and surrounding areas. Free staff parking is also available on site.
