Job summary

Orwell Housing Association is seeking a Care Assistant for Beaumont House in Walton-on-the-Naze. You will provide day-to-day personal care, support mobility, assist with activities, and help manage medications as part of a compassionate, person-centred team.

You will contribute to creating personalised care plans, maintain safeguarding, and work flexible shifts including mornings and evenings to support residents with dementia, mental health needs and end‑of‑life care.

Qualifications

  • Care Certificate is desirable.
  • QCF Level 2 in Health and Social care or equivalent, is desirable.
  • Full driving licence is desirable.

Responsibilities

Care Certificate (desirable)

Care Assistant - Beaumont House - Walton on the Naze

Salary: £12.83 per hour

(FTE £25,342.44 per annum)

Hours: Various hours available

Shifts: Shifts range from 07.00-14.30 or 14.30-22.00
