Job summary

We are hiring a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding healthcare at Dene Brook, Rotherham. You’ll work full time (42 hours per week) on night shifts, including alternate weekends, in a two-week rolling rota. The role supports people with learning disabilities, complex needs, autism and challenging behaviours, in a person-centered environment.

Salary is £13.15 per hour, rising to £13.45 after three months and £13.70 after 18 months. A DBS check is required.

  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care.
  • Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.

  • Assist with and report on medical & welfare needs.
  • Safeguard.
  • Maintain a safe, clean environment for all.
  • Support service users to access the community, attend work/college/activities/holidays.
  • Engage service users in cooking and cleaning to support growth.
