Job summary

SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR with Medical Secretary Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Senior Administrator to work as part of a team to support our growing team of Community Paediatricians

The role offers significant exposure to a wide range of clinical and administrative processes, providing an excellent platform for professional development and career progression in an NHS environment. The role would be particularly suited to someone who is keen to take on new challenges (including supervision and line management)

As part of our commitment to developing our workforce, the successful candidate will have opportunities to broaden their knowledge of specialist children's services, develop advanced administrative and digital skills, and contribute to service improvement initiatives.

Your main responsibilities will be to provide comprehensive medical administrative support, working closely with Community Paediatricians and the wider clinical teams within Children’s Specialist Services.
