Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Registered Manager for a children’s home in the Warsop/Mansfield area. The role centres on safeguarding, wellbeing, and development within a new, high-quality service.

You must hold NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare and work toward Level 5. You will lead a dedicated staff team, ensure Ofsted compliance, recruit and develop staff, and manage budgets to deliver safe, child-centred outcomes.

• Working towards Level 5 or willing to enrol.

This is an amazing children’s care service and provides caring, supportive homes for children in the North West and Midlands, focusing on their wellbeing, personal growth, and development in a safe and nurturing environment

To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (Children & Young People or equivalent) - working towards Level 5 or willing to enrol

As the Manager your key responsibilities include:
