A leading healthcare provider is seeking an experienced Registered Manager for a new children's home in the Nottinghamshire area. The role involves supporting the establishment of the service, leading a motivated team, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Candidates must hold an NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare, with a passion for supporting young people and a potential for leadership. This permanent full-time position offers a salary of £55,000 per annum with generous benefits including a 10% bonus, training support, and a company pension.

Qualifications

• Must hold an NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
• Experience in a children's residential setting is required.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and children's needs is essential.

Salary and benefits
