Job summary

Cera Care Ltd is seeking a passionate Field Care Supervisor to act as an ambassador for Cera, leading care delivery in the community. You will carry out initial introductions, construct care plans, conduct client assessments, and shadow care workers to monitor quality.

This role is predominantly field-based with time split between visits and office administrative tasks. You will supervise carers, ensure safety and compliance, take part in meetings, and contribute to our mission to provide

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising care staff or field-based roles is preferred.
• Ability to develop and review care plans and conduct client assessments.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and quality standards in care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise carers on an ongoing basis.
• Ensure Customers' requirements are met and care is delivered safely.
• Lead care plan creation and reviews for clients.
• Conduct meet & greet for new packages.
• Maintain local area knowledge.
• Complete MAR chart and log book audits.
• Perform carer spot checks and field supervisions.
• Interview carers and support with compliance.
• Attend provider meetings and support business opportunities.
• Be hands-on with carers and participate in on-call rotations.
• Engage in team meetings.

Salary:£25,000 per annum

About the role:

We are looking for a passionate Field Care Supervisor to become an ambassador for Cera and an extension of our family. You'll carry out initial introductions, construct care plans, conduct client assessments, and shadow Care Workers to monitor the provision of care in terms of quality. It will involve 75/95% of time out in the field and 25/5% in the office for administrative tasks. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the ongoing supervision on carers
• Ensuring customers' requirements are met
• Ensure your team are skilled and able to deliver a safe quality of care
• Complete meet & greet of all new packages
• Local knowledge of area
• Complete care plans and reviews of them
• Audits of MAR charts and Log books
• Complete carer spot checks and field supervisions
• Conducting Carer Interviews and supporting with compliance
• Attend provider meetings and support with business opportunities
• Hands on carer
• Take part in Out of hours on call
• Engage in team meetings
