Job summary

Cera Care Ltd is seeking a Field Care Supervisor in the United Kingdom. You will supervise carers, develop and review care plans, and assess client needs while spending most time in the field and some time in the office for admin tasks.

The role involves delivering high-quality, person-centered care, maintaining local market knowledge, and supporting carers and clients across our community.

Qualifications

• NVQ desirable but not essential.
• NVQ and in-house Training and development for your role and future career with us.

Responsibilities

• Supervise carers on an ongoing basis.
• Ensure customers' requirements are met.
• Ensure the team can deliver safe, quality care.
• Complete meet & greet of all new packages.
• Maintain local knowledge of area.
• Create care plans and reviews.
• Audit MAR charts and log books.
• Conduct carer spot checks and field supervisions.
• Interview carers and support with compliance.
• Attend provider meetings and explore business opportunities.
• Be hands-on with care delivery.
• Take part in out-of-hours on-call duties.
• Engage in team meetings.

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Field Care Supervisor to become an ambassador for Cera and an extension of our family. You'll carry out initial introductions, construct care plans, conduct client assessments, and shadow Care Workers to monitor the provision of care in terms of quality. It will involve 75/95% of time out in the field and 25/5% in the office for administrative tasks. • Responsible for the ongoing supervision on carers
• Ensuring customers' requirements are met
• Ensure your team are skilled and able to deliver a safe quality of care
