Leonard Cheshire is seeking a compassionate Support Worker at Sobell Lodge in Tonbridge. A home, not just a service
Sobell Lodge is a specialist care facility providing support for adults with physical disabilities, complex needs, and sensory impairments, including those who are blind or non-verbal. Nestled in a quiet village in Kent, Sobell Lodge offers a peaceful environment with access to local shops. The serene surroundings provide a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, away from busy city life.
We offer full-time and occasional hour contracts (full-time is 35 hrs a week). Shifts include the following: 7am -1pm, 1pm - 7pm, 4pm - 10pm and 7am - 7pm. Shifts will include working weekends on a rota basis.
No previous care experience? No problem - we’ll give you all the training you need.
