Leonard Cheshire is seeking a part‑time Appley Community Support worker to help people with varying abilities live independently at home. The role includes personal care, mealtime support, and helping people access appointments and activities.
You will work 22.5 hours per week across a rota including weekends, with enhanced night/weekend pay and a comprehensive benefits package. No formal care experience is required as full training is provided.

We offer supported living options for people with varying abilities to live wherever and however they choose. Our services support people with physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, sensory impairments and learning disabilities to live independently in their own home.
We offer part time hours, working 22.5 hours per week.
You’ll need to be flexible to work across weekdays, weekends and sleep‑in shifts as part of a rota.

Enhanced pay: £1.00 per hour will apply to night working (8pm Monday to 7am Friday) and weekend working (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep‑Ins.
No previous care experience? No problem – we’ll give you all the training you need.
