Job summary

Leonard Cheshire is hiring for a full-time night care role in Bristol. You’ll provide daily living support to adults with disabilities, helping with personal care, meals, and medications while encouraging independence within a person-centred approach.

You’ll accompany residents to appointments and activities, keep clear records, and contribute to a home-like, supportive environment. Training is provided; weekend flexibility is required.

Your working hours

Full time, 34.5 hours per week

Shifts include:

• 8pm-8am
• You must flexible availability and to work alternative weekends

Enhanced pay: £1.00 per hour will only apply to night working (8pm Monday to 7am Friday) and weekend working (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep-Ins.
