Job summary

Home Group Limited in Swindon is recruiting for a part-time security and welfare role to keep our buildings safe, secure and welcoming for residents and neighbours.

You will monitor CCTV, conduct safety checks, greet customers, assist with repairs or cleaning, and act as the first line of support when others aren’t available. The role offers strong training, supportive colleagues and real day‑to‑day impact.

Job details


  • Permanent, part time (33.5 hpw)

  • You’ll work fixed shift pattern of Saturday and Sunday (day shifts) 6am - 5pm and Wednesday (night shift) 5pm - 6am

  • Based at our service in Redruth, Cornwall, with opportunities to pick up additional hours across other services in Cornwall

  • Able to use technology to monitor CCTV, update records and communicate with colleagues

  • You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done (we pay for it)
