Job summary

Home Group Limited is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Ferryhill to help customers live independently with practical support, respect, and care. You’ll assist with daily tasks, promote independence, and create a safe, dignified environment while working with colleagues to empower residents.

The role offers a supportive team, DBS check funded by us, and opportunities to grow within a respected UK housing and support charity.

The practical bits
  • Working 5 days a week over 7 days, following a 4 week rolling rota
  • Shifts are 08:00am – 16:00pm, 12:00pm to 20:00, 13:15 – 21:15pm, this will include some weekends.
  • You need an Enhanced with DBS check (we pay)
  • You need to be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle insured for business purposes
