Job summary

Home Group Limited in Blyth is seeking a part-time Support Worker to assist customers with daily tasks and promote independence in a safe, respectful environment. You will work in collaboration with colleagues to empower individuals, including those with complex mental health challenges and learning disabilities.

The role emphasizes person-centered care, listening to understand each customer’s needs, and a flexible approach.

The practical bits
  • 2x 30 hpw and 2x 22.5 hpw part time roles
  • Working a 4 week rolling rota with a mixture of weekends, early starts and late finishes along with occasional bank holidays
  • Based at Edendale House also supporting customers at Greenside House
  • You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay)
