Job summary
Home Group Limited is seeking a Housing Concierge in Camborne to help keep residents safe, secure and comfortable across our sites. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, monitor CCTV and respond to incidents while maintaining strong neighbor relations.
The role offers part-time, permanent hours with paid mileage and a comprehensive benefits package, including a health cash plan and generous leave.

- You recognise when things are about to go wrong and are confident intervening in a sensitive way.
- To get from A to B, you’ll need a vehicle insured for business purposes. The great news is that we’ll pay your mileage!

- You’ll work Saturday (day shift ) 06:45 - 17:45 Sunday (dayshift) 06:45 - 17:45 Wednesday (night shift) 17:45 - 06:45
- Able to use technology to monitor CCTV, update records and communicate with colleagues
- You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done (we pay for it)
- 34 days leave increasing to 39 (including bank hols and a “me day”)
