Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead a small care home in Cannock, Staffordshire, delivering person-centred care for adults with autism and learning disabilities. You will oversee a dedicated team, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop services to meet high standards.

NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care and prior managerial experience are essential. The role is permanent, full-time (40 hours/week) with a competitive salary up to £40,000 and flexible

An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for an experienced Home Manager to manage an excellent care home based in the Cannock, Staffordshire area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers

This is a fantastic small care home which offers a unique service for adults with autism and associated learning disabilities

Key responsibilities

• Dedicated to undertaking the management of supporting people with learning disabilities and other complex needs
• You will effectively lead and inspire your team to provide the highest quality person-centred support and care
• Be responsible for delivering best practice in social care whilst continually developing the service
• Use your skills in an environment where the effective management of people and processes will be critical to the services success

Skills and experience

• Commitment to delivering high quality care
• Hold an NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care
• Previous managerial experience in a similar environment
