Job summary

The role requires an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care, managerial experience, and strong knowledge of regulatory standards. The salary is £40,000–£42,000 per year, with a monthly pay cycle, and a 40-hour week on days.

An excellent new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Registered Home Manager to work in an exceptional small care home based in the Marston Green, Birmingham area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This is an excellent small care home which provides a range of care services and support for males and females

As the Home Manager your key responsibilities include:

• Dedicated to undertaking the management of supporting people with learning disabilities and other complex needs
• Your team will support service users in your care to achieve their goals in life and will actively seek out opportunities for them to develop their skills and confidence through a variety of staff involvement, activities and other initiatives
• Committed to quality assurance, you will effectively lead and inspire your team to provide the highest quality person-centred support and care
• Delivering best practice in social care whilst continually developing the service
• You will have the opportunity to use your skills in an environment where the effective management of people and processes will be critical to the services success

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Commitment to delivering high quality care
• Hold an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care
• Previous managerial experience in a similar environment

The successful Home Manager will receive an excellent salary of £40,000 - £42,000 per annum - Pay frequency is monthly. This exciting position is a permanent full time role for 40 hours a week on days.
