Job summary

Tenpin Ltd is hiring a Customer Service Assistant to deliver a high-quality guest experience across our entertainment centre. You will manage reception bookings, answer enquiries, and spot sales opportunities while supporting events, food service and venue upkeep.

We value proactive, friendly team players who can work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to keep guests entertained and returning for more fun experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Proactive, friendly attitude with a focus on great customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception bookings and handle customer enquiries.
• Identify sales opportunities and promote games, food and drinks.
• Host events and keep the venue clean and well-presented.
• Prepare food and drinks as required and serve at the bar.
• Collaborate across departments from Laser Arena to Escape Room and karaoke rooms.

The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings, addressing enquiries, identifying sales opportunities, hosting events, maintaining cleanliness, and preparing food and drinks.

You'll work across various departments, from running the Laser Arena and hosting Escape Room experiences to managing karaoke rooms and serving drinks at the bar. Every day will bring something new, keeping the fun flowing!

You should be efficient, proactive, friendly, and confident in customer interactions, with exceptional service as your priority.
