Tenpin Ltd in Swindon is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver an outstanding guest experience across reception bookings, enquiries and events. You’ll help with food and drinks, keep the centre welcoming and running smoothly, and identify sales opportunities.

The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings, answering enquiries, identifying sales opportunities, hosting events, serving food and drinks, and keeping the centre clean, welcoming and running smoothly.

You’ll work across various departments, from running the Laser Arena and hosting Escape Room experiences to managing karaoke rooms, and hosting children’s parties. Every day will bring something new, keeping the fun flowing!

You should be efficient, proactive, friendly, and confident in customer interactions, with exceptional service as your priority.
