Job summary

Tenpin Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Assistant in Lancashire to welcome guests, manage reception bookings, answer inquiries and spot sales opportunities while delivering a fun, safe experience.

You will work across Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, karaoke rooms and children's parties, focusing on friendly service, efficiency and teamwork. Shifts include evenings and weekends; benefits include staff discounts, free bowling and health perks.

The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings, answering enquiries, identifying sales opportunities, hosting events, serving food and drinks, and keeping the centre clean, welcoming and running smoothly.

You’ll work across various departments, from running the Laser Arena and hosting Escape Room experiences to managing karaoke rooms, and hosting children’s parties. Every day will bring something new, keeping the fun flowing!

You should be efficient, proactive, friendly, and confident in customer interactions, with exceptional service as your priority.
