Job summary

Tenpin Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our vibrant team. You will manage reception bookings, answer enquiries, identify sales opportunities, host events, and serve food and drinks across Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, karaoke rooms and more.

We value energy, confidence and a positive attitude. You should be proactive, friendly and focused on delivering excellent service to every guest, 16+ preferred, with some duties for those under 18 restricted by age and licensing rules.

The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings, answering enquiries, identifying sales opportunities, hosting events, serving food and drinks, and keeping the centre clean, welcoming and running smoothly.

You’ll work across various departments, from running the Laser Arena and hosting Escape Room experiences to managing karaoke rooms, and hosting children’s parties. Every day will bring something new, keeping the fun flowing!

You should be efficient, proactive, friendly, and confident in customer interactions, with exceptional service as your priority.
