Job summary

Tenpin Ltd in Camberley is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver an excellent guest experience across our entertainment venues. You will manage reception bookings, respond to enquiries, and help run events while keeping areas clean and welcoming.

We value friendly, proactive team players who can work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and who take pride in delivering great service in a fast-paced family environment.

The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings, addressing enquiries, identifying sales opportunities, hosting events, maintaining cleanliness, and preparing food and drinks.

You should be efficient, proactive, friendly, and confident in customer interactions, with exceptional service as your priority.
