Job summary

Eagle Platforms Limited in Sheffield is seeking an ambitious Hire Desk Professional to join our growing team. You’ll help customers find the right hire solutions and support the continued expansion of our operation.

You’ll manage and convert hire enquiries, produce quotations, process orders and build lasting relationships with customers, while coordinating with internal teams to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Experience in hire desk or rental industry.
• Experience with hire software systems.
• Knowledge of SYRINX is advantageous but training provided.

The Role

As part of our experienced Hire Team, you'll be at the heart of our customer operation, helping customers find the right solutions while supporting the continued growth of the business.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing and converting customer hire enquiries
• Producing quotations and processing orders

About You

We're looking for someone who brings energy, enthusiasm and a desire to succeed.

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous Hire Desk or rental industry experience
• Experience within the hire sector (access industry experience is beneficial but not essential)
• Experience using hire software systems
• Knowledge of SYRINX would be advantageous, although full training will be provided
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities
• The ambition to develop your career and grow with the business
