Job summary

British Red Cross is seeking a Support Worker for the Home from Hospital service in Redhill, Surrey, with travel around the area. This part-time role (21 hours per week) is offered on a fixed-term contract until March 2027.

You will manage a caseload, provide emotional and practical support to service users discharged from hospital, and work with clinicians to ensure safe recovery at home. A driving license is required.
