British Red Cross in Hove is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist discharge from hospital and help clients recover at home. This role involves practical and emotional support, home visits, and welfare calls to promote independence.
A flexible, compassionate professional with the ability to work with a team and independently is required, along with a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. The position is permanent with weekend work and hybrid options.
Location: Hove, East Sussex
Salary: £24,479 per annum, pro rata (£13.45 per hour)
Hours: 29.5 per week this will include weekend working
Contract: Permanent
Additional Information: Full UK Driving Licence required and access to a vehicle. (Business mileage reimbursed)
