Job summary

British Red Cross is seeking a part-time Support Worker to assist discharge after hospital stays at Royal Bournemouth Hospital and Poole Hospital. This 21-hour-per-week role includes weekends and Bank Holidays, with a permanent contract and a driving requirement.

You will provide practical and emotional support, welfare calls, shopping, and home visits, following a personalised plan. A full UK manual driving licence held for at least 2 years is essential.
