Job summary

St David’s Hospice in Pwllheli is seeking a Shop Manager to lead a busy charity shop, driving sales and delivering compassionate support to patients and families.

You will oversee volunteers and the Retail Support team, create engaging displays, maintain stock control and admin records, and act as an ambassador for the Hospice within the community.

You’ll take the lead in creating a welcoming, organised and vibrant shop environment, working with a brilliant team of volunteers and the Retail Support team to keep things running smoothly.
