Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Pencoed (Harvester at the Old Mill) is seeking a Part Time Sous Chef to join our kitchen team and lead service when the Head Chef is absent. You will manage a section, train staff, and help drive consistent quality in a branded menu.

The role is permanent and part-time with shifts that fit around you. The business emphasises great food, guest satisfaction, and opportunities for growth within a family-friendly brand.
