Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Chessington is seeking a Sous Chef to lead a kitchen section, drive team performance and ensure high standards of food and service. You will support the Head Chef, handle food ordering and stock, and ensure adherence to brand menus.

This role sits at the Chessington Oak, within a UK pub brand family known for customer-focused dining. You will train and coach your team, manage day-to-day kitchen operations, and help deliver excellent guest experiences across

Qualifications

• Experience as sous chef or strong kitchen leadership is essential.
• Ability to train and develop kitchen staff to high standards.
• Proven track record of delivering quality food and managing a busy section.
