Grange Farm Primary School is seeking an Early Learning Lead to join the Leadership Team from January 2027. The post focuses on leading Reception, ensuring strong foundations flow into KS1, and working closely with Year 1 staff to raise achievement.
The role requires vision and passion for early childhood education, with responsibilities for modelling teaching excellence and curriculum development within the Early Years environment.
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Grange Farm for somebody to join the Leadership Team as Early Learning Lead from January 2027. Grange Farm are looking for somebody who has a clear vision, passion for early children’s learning and a track record of success of delivering an engaging curriculum in the Early Years environment. The successful candidate will have the responsibility of modelling excellence in teaching and learning and curriculum development in Reception, alongside leading and managing the educational progress of all children in Reception and all staff in the phase.
Alongside overseeing the development of Reception at Grange Farm, the successful candidate will also have responsibility for ensuring strong foundations that are taught in Reception continue into Key Stage 1. The successful candidate will work closely with staff in Key Stage 1, particularly Year 1 staff.
