Qualifications

• Experience leading Early Years curriculum and teaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the development of Reception and Early Learning in Grange Farm.
• Model excellence in teaching and learning and curriculum development in the Early Years.
• Oversee progression from Reception into Key Stage 1 in collaboration with Year 1 staff.
• Collaborate with staff to raise achievement and drive strategic improvement.
