Job summary

Grange Farm seeks an Early Learning Lead to join the Leadership Team from January 2027, bringing a clear vision and passion for early children’s learning. You will deliver an engaging curriculum in the Early Years and model excellence in teaching, while leading the Reception phase and staff development.

You will oversee Reception progression into Key Stage 1, work with Year 1 staff, and help ensure strong foundations across early years.

Qualifications

• Clear vision and passion for early children’s learning.
• Track record of delivering an engaging curriculum in the Early Years.
• Experience modelling excellence in teaching and curriculum development.
• Ability to lead and manage progress of Reception and phase staff.

Responsibilities

• Model excellence in teaching and learning and curriculum development in Reception.
• Lead and manage the educational progress of all Reception children and phase staff.
• Oversee development of Reception to ensure strong foundations extend into Key Stage 1.
• Collaborate with Key Stage 1 staff to support smooth transition and progression.
