Job summary

Grange Farm seeks an Early Learning Lead to join the Leadership Team from January 2027, bringing a clear vision and passion for early children’s learning. You will deliver an engaging curriculum in the Early Years and model excellence in teaching, while leading the Reception phase and staff development.

You will oversee Reception progression into Key Stage 1, work with Year 1 staff, and help ensure strong foundations across early years.

The successful candidate will have the responsibility of modelling excellence in teaching and learning and curriculum development in Reception, alongside leading and managing the educational progress of all children in Reception and all staff in the phase.

Alongside overseeing the development of Reception at Grange Farm, the successful candidate will also have responsibility for ensuring strong foundations that are taught in Reception continue into Key Stage 1. The successful candidate will work closely with staff in Key Stage 1, particularly Year 1 staff.
