Job summary

PSS group are a nationwide Soft Facilities Services provider, delivering on-site cleaning to major retailers, entertainment venues, and facilities management partners. A Cleaning Operative role requires following schedules, maintaining cleanliness standards, and reporting hazards to supervisory staff.

Ideal candidates are flexible, reliable, and willing to work overtime and weekends if required; full training is provided, and uniform is supplied for professional presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but full training provided.
• Willingness to learn.
• Good self-presentation (uniform provided).
• Flexible and reliable; willing to do overtime & weekends if required.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Polite and professional.
• Willing to support with overtime to cover staff sickness & holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleaning cupboards are always kept tidy and stocked.

• Clean specific areas of the site according to the schedule and specification as instructed by Manager / Supervisor
