Job summary

The Pss Group is hiring a Cleaning Operative to perform on-site cleaning duties across various locations. The role involves following site schedules and health and safety guidelines while delivering high standards of cleanliness and customer service.

Full training is provided and the team emphasizes reliability, good presentation, and strong communication to support day-to-day operations and handovers to colleagues.

• Willingness to learn.
• Flexible and reliable; willing to do overtime & weekends if required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site cleaning specifications and standards within Health and Safety guidelines.
• Clean specific areas of the site according to the schedule and specification as instructed by Manager / Supervisor.
• Ensure cleaning cupboards are always kept tidy and stocked.
• Customer service.
• Report any identified hazards or problems to the Manager / Supervisor.
• Provide clear and detailed handovers to your work colleagues.
• Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored correctly.

• Deliver on-site cleaning specifications and standards within Health and Safety guidelines
• Clean specific areas of the site according to the schedule and specification as instructed by Manager / Supervisor
• Ensure cleaning cupboards are always kept tidy and stocked.
• Customer service
• Report any identified hazards or problems to the Manager / Supervisor
• Provide clear and detailed handovers to your work colleagues
• Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored correctly
  Willing to support with overtime to cover staff sickness & Holidays
• Good attention to detail
